What we collect, why we need it, and who receives it.
We collect only what we need to fulfill orders and program billing:
Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
We use this information to fulfill and deliver orders, prepare order documents, send order and account emails, answer support requests, understand site performance, and measure campaigns. We do not sell personal data.
We never sell or rent personal data.
Pizuki accounts are held by parents and guardians, not children. The student information we hold is the first name, grade level, and optional program state a parent provides for ordering and program documentation. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and our courses and assessments do not ask students for personal details.
We keep order and invoice records for as long as state program auditing and tax rules require. Everything else can be deleted on request: email support@pizuki.com and we will delete your account data and confirm.
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Access to customer data is limited to what is needed to run the store and support you.
